How to install the ceiling duct dehumidifier?

The installation of the ceiling dehumidifier pipeline dehumidifier should be divided into three parts: the installation of the dehumidifier, the connection and installation of the air duct and the installation of the machine drain pipe. The details are as follows:

1. Installation of the dehumidifier

Before installation, first, determine the installation position. After accurate positioning with chalk and measuring tools at the determined installation position, use a drilling rig to drill holes in the determined position, and mark the expansion screw. The screw size is not less than M8. 2. Installation of the dehumidifier.

Before installing the dehumidifier, install four sets of M8 nuts 1, spring washers, and flat washers on the four expansion screws in sequence, and then move the dehumidifier up horizontally to insert the expansion screws into the dehumidifier lifting ears, and then screw them separately. Insert a nut 2 to install the dehumidifier on the expansion screw. It should be noted that the dehumidifier must not be inverted in any position, otherwise, the dehumidifier will be damaged.

3. Horizontal installation

After the dehumidifier is installed, adjust the fixing nut 2, which can be detected with a spirit level, so that the fuselage can be installed horizontally (this ensures that the dehumidifier can discharge water normally and avoid the hidden danger of water leakage), and finally the nut 1 is installed in the dehumidifier and locked. Now, finished the installation of a dehumidifier.

2. Installation of air duct

1. Installation of the air inlet pipe

The air inlet and the fuselage should be as close as possible, and the height difference with the air inlet of the dehumidifier itself should be as small as possible. The shorter the air inlet duct, the better the dehumidification effect. The air inlet pipe should not exceed 1.5m in length, and should be closely connected with the air inlet of the dehumidifier (there should be no obstacles in front of the air inlet).

2. Installation of the air outlet pipe

The distance between the air outlet and the fuselage should be as far away as possible, but the length of the air outlet pipe should not exceed 5 meters, and the height difference between the air outlet and the air outlet of the dehumidifier should be as small as possible. (There should be no obstacle in front of the air outlet).

3. Installation of drain pipes

The dehumidifier should be 5-10cm higher than the drainage pipe, and the length of the drainage hose should be determined according to the actual situation, but please ensure that the drainage is smooth.
