Rotary desiccant dehumidifier is an important role in the field of air conditioning

Rotary desiccant dehumidifier is an important role in the field of air conditioning. Heating and dehumidification are the typical representatives. At present, the main sources of rotary dehumidifiers in the world are concentrated in Sweden, Japan, the United States and China. China's rotary dehumidifiers have also been developed for more than 20 years, but the core technology is  in Sweden, Japan, the United States. However, in recent years, China's industrial upgrading, the demand for rotary desiccant dehumidifiers has soared, and China dehumidifier enterprises also have  great development and have been recognized by Chinese consumers.

Rotary dehumidifier wall panels are generally double-layer color steel or cold-rolled steel powder coating (the bottom plate is made of stainless steel), and the middle is polyurethane foam or flame-retardant centrifugal glass wool insulation material. For thermal conductivity, water absorption and density, they are good insulating materials. However, due to the high-speed operation of the running dehumidifier during operation, the vibration of the box and the light weight of glass wool, the large gap of the structure is prone to long-term vibration and shedding, resulting in a sharp increase in thermal conductivity and loss of insulation effect, resulting in the dehumidifier unit condenses, making the high temperature air supply.

But not using polyurethane foam must have good insulation effect. Such as poor quality polyurethane foam insulation material will also affect the use effect. Therefore, when choosing a rotary desiccant dehumidifier, it is not easy to choose wall insulation materials.

The dehumidifier has the characteristics of small space, low noise, low energy consumption, beautiful appearance and convenient installation and maintenance. But because of its functional part structure is complex,  in order to achieve the desired effect, we need comprehensive consideration of these factors,  such as the materials of manufacturing process, structural characteristics of procurement, auditors and construction units.

The cabinet structure of most rotary dehumidifier manufacturers is a combination of panels and aluminum alloy frame steel angle welded frames. The box sealing treatment is also an important aspect of selection and should be paid great attention, because if the air leakage rate is too large, there will be two consequences. One is too much air due to insufficient air supply; the other is the negative effect of air leakage in the air handling chamber. caused by pressure. In summer, this will allow untreated humid air to enter the air supply system, so that the machine dew point cannot meet the design requirements, and the air temperature parameters cannot be guaranteed. The State Bureau of Technical Supervision issued the "Joint Dehumidification Unit" (GB/T14294-93) manufacturing regulations: "The unit static pressure is maintained at 700Pa, and the unit air leakage rate does not exceed 3%". Some manufacturers open the dovetail sealing groove on the frame of the desiccant dehumidification unit and add the corresponding rubber seal, which can ensure that the air leakage rate is less than 2% under rated conditions to meet the specified requirements. This is a great way to troubleshoot leaky air cells.

The surface cooler is the heart of the combined dehumidifier, where air is exchanged with refrigerant. Usually the surface cooler coil structure is aluminum fin expansion tube and copper tube expansion. The thickness of the brass wall and the thickness of the aluminum foil varies slightly with the manufacturer. Generally, the thickness of the copper tube wall is 0.2-0.6mm, the diameter is 7-16mm, and the thickness of the aluminum foil is 0.15-0.20mm. It is worth noting that the choice of fin spacing varies considerably between manufacturers when calculating surface coolers. Taking the system as an example, the air flow is 79000㎥/h and the cooling capacity is 831kW. The solution adopted by the factory is to reduce the fin spacing of the surface cooler (about 1.8mm) and increase the heat transfer area. Conventional fin spacing (about 2.5mm), using two series of cold sections in series, prolongs the heat transfer time. Both schemes have their own advantages and disadvantages in terms of fan power consumption, waterproofness, and section size. The former may result in greater wind resistance, thereby increasing fan power consumption, which may increase unit size and water resistance. After a comprehensive technical comparison and comprehensive consideration, it is decided to use the cost factors of B factory products. The rotary dehumidifier is an important branch in the field of air conditioning.
