Understand the actual needs of customers, including the area requiring drying space, height, temperature requirements, humidity requirements, with or without air exhaust, number of employees, and purification level requirements. Rotor dehumidifier separates humidity control.
The room temperature is 20-30 degrees, and the humidity is required to be below 40%, or under low temperature (below 10 degrees) dehumidification, we use a rotary dehumidifier. If the humidity exceeds 40%, we can use a refrigerant dehumidifier to meet the requirements.
The rotary dehumidifier can control the humidity range from 1% to 40% within this interval. The lower the humidity requirement, the higher the cost of the rotary dehumidifier and the higher the energy consumption.
When using the modular wheel dehumidification unit, we need to run the dehumidifier to provide cold water in summer, and use electric heating, hot water, or steam to control the supply air temperature of the unit in winter; the efficiency of the filter should also meet the required purification level; it can also be installed In the unit humidification device to meet the constant humidity requirements. Renewable heating can be done using electric heating, steam heating, or other waste heat.

Desiccant dehumidification:
The sheet impregnated with the moisture absorbent is processed into a honeycomb flow path for ventilation. The dehumidification structure is simple, and the dew point of the special group can reach below -70℃.
The principle of air treatment
Continuous supply of dry air. Air Handling is a high-performance dry dehumidifier with a honeycomb dehumidifier wheel. The air-treated honeycomb flow channel continuously repeats the hygroscopic regeneration action during rotation without affecting airflow and continuously provides dry air with an ultra-low dew point.
Types of Dehumidifiers
Refrigeration dehumidification: Cool the air below the dew point, then condense and remove moisture. Valid above the dew point.
Compression and dehumidification: humid air is compressed, cooled, and separated from the water. It is effective in the case of small air volume, but not suitable for large air volume.
Solid adsorption dehumidification: the effect of capillary adsorption of water on solid adsorbents. The dew point can be lowered, but the adsorption area will also become larger when the device is used.
Liquid dehumidification: Use lithium chloride water spray to absorb moisture. The dew point can be reduced to approx., but the equipment is large and must be replaced with liquid.
Describe the principle of dehumidification
The system adopts the honeycomb structure of the dehumidification wheel, as shown in the figure, the motor rotates the dehumidification wheel 8 to 18 times per hour, and continuously and repeatedly performs water regeneration to provide dry air.
The wheels are divided into moisture and regeneration zones. After the moisture in the air is removed from the hygroscopic zone, the blower sends dry air into the room.
The absorption wheel moves to the regeneration area, and the reverse direction of air regeneration (warm air) will get rid of the moisture and make the wheel work.
Renewable air heating methods are divided into steam, natural gas, natural gas, gas, fuel, electricity and other equipment.
Due to the special properties of high-performance ceramic silica grinding wheel and zeolite runner, this series can dehumidify and dehumidify a lot, and can achieve very low water content requirements. After compounding, the moisture content of the treated air can be lower than 0.0007g/kg.
If you want to keep the dry air temperature stable, you can install air conditioning equipment or heaters, the air outlet of the dehumidifier is cooled or heated, and the purification level of the rotary dehumidifier is required.
