2. The air change of the industrial dehumidifier is determined according to the order of the process. The dehumidification area calculated according to the area has fixed air change parameters, and the number of air changes is also low.
3. The initial indoor humidity unit and the target humidity that need to be reached are determined by the site environment, the average humidity of the local area, and the manufacturing process of the industrial dehumidifier.
4. Is the indoor space that needs dehumidification sealed, and how tight is it?

Nowadays commonly used industrial dehumidifiers generally include refrigerated dehumidifiers and rotary dehumidifiers:
The refrigerated dehumidifier has high dehumidification efficiency and economy, and is suitable for use in most environments. However, the refrigerated dehumidifier should not be used in a low temperature environment of ≤5°C, and it is difficult for the refrigerated dehumidifier to reduce the humidity to less than 30% of the RH. Therefore, if the temperature in the place where the dehumidifier is needed is lower than ≤5°C, or the humidity is required to be reduced to less than 30% of the RH, refrigerated dehumidifiers should not be used.
Rotary dehumidifier, also known as dessicant dehumidifier, its dehumidification effect is less affected by ambient temperature and humidity, and it is a very stable and reliable dehumidification equipment. Compared with the refrigerated dehumidifier, the price of the rotary dehumidifier with the same dehumidification capacity is several times higher. Therefore, the rotary dehumidifier will only be selected in the environment where the refrigerated dehumidifier is not suitable .
Generally speaking, the rotary dehumidifier is mainly suitable for the following two environments: 1. Low-temperature environments, such as cold storage, chocolate packaging workshops, etc.; 2. Environments with humidity requirements ≤ RH 30%, such as pharmaceuticals and chemical industries.
When choosing a dehumidifier, it is necessary to understand the specific situation of the workshop where you are working. There are mainly the following two points: 1. Calculate the dehumidification capacity 2.Dehumidification capacity refers to how much water needs to be liquefied from the air in a certain space to reach the target humidity, generally expressed in "liters/hour".
Calculating the dehumidification capacity is generally to subtract the water content per unit air under the ambient humidity from the water content per unit air under the target humidity, which needs to be completed with the help of an air entropy meter or special calculation software. The amount of dehumidification should also be adjusted according to the ambient temperature and sealing conditions.
