Ultrasonic humidifiers for industrial use. ( Humidify capacity from 3L/Hr to 48L/Hr)

The ultrasonic humidifier uses electronic over-frequency oscillation (oscillation frequency is 1.7MHz). Through the high-frequency resonance of the atomizer, the water is thrown away from the water surface to produce a natural and elegant water mist. It does not require heating or chemicals to produce 1-5 microns of water particles. The particles float in the air to increase the relative humidity of the air.

The water level of the water tank must be 0.3~0.9cm higher than the sensor of the atomizer for the best working state. The water level lower than the height directly affects the fogging condition or no fogging.

Ultrasonic humidifier using precautions

1. This humidifier equipment strictly requires the power supply to be grounded;

2. In principle,it is not allowed to add water directly from the mist outlet. It is required automatic water inflow by connecting the tap water pipe.

3. The humidifier is not allowed to humidify directly, and it is required that the lead pipe of the mist outlet should not be shorter than 1 meter for humidification.

4. The mist outlet of the lead pipe should be at least 1 meter away from the equipment, and the total diameter of the number of mist outlets should not be less than the diameter of the mist outlet of the equipment itself.

5.  This equipment is not suitable for long-term use in environments with high temperature (≥50°C), high dust, strong magnetism, and acid and alkaline gases.

6. The cleaning time of the water tank can be based on the actual local situation. It is recommended to clean it at least once a month.

7.  If the device is not used for a long time, the water in the water tank must be drained.

8. It is strictly forbidden to block or reduce the mist outlet of this equipment, otherwise it will cause the mist to be unsmooth and the parts to malfunction. Cause unnecessary safety hazards and property damage!

9. When installing the water filter, do not open holes on the device body directly.

10. If the humidifier equipment is out of use for more than 48 hours, the power supply must be cut off, and the water in the water tank must be drained to prevent the accumulated water from being stored for too long and becoming viscous and volatile, which will affect the normal use of the equipment.

11. The humidifier overflow pipe and drain pipe must be connected to the floor drain, sewer and other drainage places to avoid external water leakage.
