We Visited The Auto components Manufacturing Workshop To Design How To Install The Dehumidifier

Recently, our company was invited by a customer in Jiangsu to come to their factory to check the site. The customer wants to install some rotor desiccant dehumidifiers for their auto components manufacturing workshops.  The auto components manufacturer makes assembly lines for BYD and Tesla cars. Under the leadership of the customer, we have visited a number of automobile parts production workshops.

In the production process of automobiles, there are four major processes stamping, welding, painting, and assembly. As one of the steps, painting is more special than the other three processes, not only because of its materials and process but also because the coating has stricter requirements on the environment. The quality of the coating environment directly affects the quality of the product, if the coating operation is carried out in an uncontrolled environment, the defects of the paint film such as fibers, particles, and shrinkage holes are very easy to appear. In automobile coating, the construction temperature required by the coating is usually 20 ℃ ~ 26 ℃, and the humidity is 60% ~ 70%, which can better ensure the production quality. The environmental conditions of the painting equipment are more stringent, generally to meet the control accuracy requirements of temperature 23 ± 1 ℃, humidity 65 ± 3%.

After visiting the factory workshops, the designers of our engineering department had in-depth communication with our customers. We have explained how to install it, and which model dehumidifier will be installed on the site.
