So, what problems should be paid attention to in the use of industrial dehumidifiers?
First of all, pay attention to the ambient temperature of the dehumidifier. The application range of conventional industrial dehumidifiers is recommended to be 5～40℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5℃, the water droplets attached to the surface of the evaporator will form frost, which will weaken the dehumidification effect of the machine; if the ambient temperature exceeds 40℃, the pressure in the system will increase, the compressor will be overloaded, and the compressor motor may be damaged.
The newly purchased industrial dehumidifier should be allowed to stand for 2 to 4 hours before use. Because industrial dehumidifiers will inevitably vibrate and roll during transportation and placement, resulting in displacement of the refrigerant in the compressor. If it is started immediately, the refrigerant will be poured back, and the compressor will be easily burned when idling. Therefore, it is necessary to let the industrial dehumidifier stand for about 2~4 hours to allow the refrigerant in the compressor to return to its original position before energizing.
