Working Principle: The rotor dehumidifier is a device that uses a rotary wheel made of solid hygroscopic agent for rotary dehumidification. The rotary wheel is covered with honeycomb-shaped flow channels. The wall itself contains solid hygroscopic agent (silica gel and zeolite molecular sieve). When it is cooled by air, its corresponding water vapor partial pressure is less than the water vapor partial pressure of the treated air, in which the water vapor is adsorbed into the hygroscopic agent, and at the same time, the sensible heat of the runner itself and the adsorption heat generated by the adsorption increase the air temperature. With the rotation of the runner, the moisture absorption of this part of the flow channel is gradually saturated. When these moisture-absorbing flow channels rotate to the regeneration zone, hot air flows through these honeycomb flow channels, and the flow channel walls containing solid moisture absorbent are heated, which corresponding to the partial pressure of water vapor is higher than the partial pressure of water vapor in the regeneration air, the water in the hygroscopic agent is driven out. With the rotation and desorption of the runner, the honeycomb-shaped hygroscopic agent flow channel restores the hygroscopic ability. It is rotated to the dehumidification zone, and so on and on, the dehumidification process can continue. Ordinary combined desiccant dehumidification unit uses the principle of freezing cooling and dehumidification combined with the runner to remove a large amount of shallow water for the system and provide good dehumidification conditions for the rear runner. The runner is used to remove a small amount of deep water,so that it reaches maximum energy saving operation. The low dew point type needs to be treated with two-stage rotor regeneration cold blowing to ensure the best dehumidification effect. Electrical control system: The components of the circuit part are composed of the PLC controller. The PLC controller has set the relevant programs. The controller can control the various parts of the constant temperature and humidity machine by controlling the various electrical components of the circuit part. Currently, the PLC controller of our company's constant temperature and humidity machine adopts PID fuzzy processing technology, the control precision is very high, the temperature response sensitivity of the controller is ±0.01℃, and the humidity response sensitivity is ±0.1%.
