Product Introduction
While planting mushrooms, the temperature needs to be kept at around 15 degrees, and the humidity needs to be kept at around 60%.
Mogu is typically planted at a temperature of around 15 degrees.
Air conditioning is typically used to regulate the indoor temperature in mushroom farming. The pertinent small-scale farmers, on the other hand, do not have these conditions and typically employ ventilation and water spray to cool down and achieve temperature control. Temperature control is crucial in every element of mushroom growing. Technology used to regulate room temperature has an impact on both the success or failure of cultivation as well as the rate at which bacteria get contaminated. From 14 to 20°C, the mushroom period is managed.
Humidity requirements for different mushroom cultivation
There are various types of mushrooms, and DUOKAI will give you a detailed description of the optimal humidity range for 5 types of common edible mushrooms.
1. Pleurotus eryngii: During the cultivation period, the temperature should be controlled at about 24°C, and the relative air humidity should be controlled at 60%-65%RH.
2. Jiji mushroom: The relative humidity of the air during the growth period is 60%RH, the air humidity during the fruiting period is required to be 85%-95%RH, and the bacteria cultivation during the transition period should be controlled below 80%RH.
3. Flammulina velutipes: The relative air humidity in the cultivation room is kept at about 60% RH, and the humidity in the mushroom room is controlled at 80%-90% RH.
4. Xiuzhen mushroom: the relative humidity of mycelium culture material is 60%~65%RH, the ambient humidity is 65%RH during the germination period, and the fruiting and growth humidity is 85%~95%RH.
5. Bailing mushroom: The relative humidity of the cultivation material is about 65% RH, and the relative air temperature is kept at 100% RH during the growth period, and then drops to 85% RH after the fruiting.
Mushroom planting humidity control equipment
Maintaining optimum air humidity is crucial, thus in order to finish the humidity management procedure, we must utilize a scientific method—an ultrasonic humidifier. High-frequency oscillation atomization technology and built-in atomization components are used by the ultrasonic industrial humidifier. The created mist particles have a narrow diameter of 3 to 5 m, are homogeneous, and have a long suspension duration. To achieve the goal of equally humidifying the air, the water mist is distributed into it by the pneumatic mechanism. The shed's humidity may be efficiently controlled by the high humidification intensity, high efficiency, and continuous 24-hour operation.
Different levels of humidity are necessary for different fungal species, growth stages, and regional environments. Errors are only present when determining the humidity manually. Most mushroom greenhouses choose to utilize industrial humidification to manage and moderately enhance humidity. In addition to helping mushrooms develop, a correct humidity range also significantly lowers labor and maintenance costs.
You can send us a note if you have any questions about the humidity needs for mushroom planting and greenhouse growing, and DUOKAI engineers will create a detailed plan for you!
