Common faults of dehumidifiers
1. After two years of use, the household dehumidifier was repaired because it was dirty and could not dehumidify. After that, the compressor and fan were running normally, but not dehumidifying.
Check the fault:
(1) The air filter and the surface of the evaporator are clean;
(2) The working current of the compressor is different from the last fault, the working current was very large during the last fault, but this time the working current is very small, the judgment is refrigerant leak seriously.
Maintenance method: find out the leak, repair it, and troubleshoot.
Cause analysis: A large number of refrigerant leaks. The displacement of the compressor is reduced, the load is small, and the working current is reduced.

2. The effect of the dehumidifier is not obvious, and the compressor will automatically stop after working for a period of time.
Check the fault:
(1) Check the evaporator, the condensed water on the surface is uniform, which proves that there is no blockage;
(2) Check the condenser and no large temperature difference between the tubes is found, which proves that the condenser is not blocked;
(3) The compressor works for a period of time and then automatically shut down after some time, but the fan operation and control system are normal.
(4) Check the overheating protection of the compressor, and it has not acted;
(5) It is estimated that the compressor is faulty, it is the compression.
The protector in the dehumidifier acts to stop the compressor automatically. The inspection found that the winding resistance when the compressor was just stopped was different from the resistance when the compressor was cold.
Maintenance method: replace with a new compressor, and the dehumidification function returns to normal. Due to the unstable winding resistance of the original compressor, the temperature of the wind rises quickly when the power is turned on, which makes the protector in the compressor act, causing the compressor to stop automatically and cannot perform normal dehumidification. As the internal resistance increases, the power consumption also increases.

3. When the dehumidifier is working, it is found that the vibration is very large during operation, the dehumidification effect becomes poor, and it cannot even be dehumidified.
Check the fault:
(1) Check the evaporator and find that there is no condensed water on the surface of the evaporator;
(2) Touch the high-pressure pipe by hand, but it is only warm (normally hot to the touch), it can be judged that it is a refrigerant leakage;
(3) Check the refrigeration It is found that there are oil traces (leak points) at the interface between the high-pressure pipe and the condenser, which are ruptured by strong vibration.
Maintenance methods:
(1) Use the oil trace method (or the soap bubble method) to find the crack, and repair the leak;
(2) Press the leak check, vacuumize, and refill the refrigerant.
3) Power on and start the dehumidifier to find the violent vibration of the machine It was found that the unloading device could not act, which was caused by the failure of the electromagnetic reversing valve.
(4) After replacing the electromagnetic reversing valve of the same type, re-detect the leak, vacuum, add the specified amount of refrigerant, restart the dehumidifier machine, and troubleshoot.
