1. The new and old screen frames must be flat before use, because uneven screen frames will seriously affect the fastness of the stretched screen. At the same time, the screen frames must be evenly and sufficiently smoothed before they can be used.
2. The new screen frame must be washed to remove the oil stains, and the old frame must be removed from the original glue first, and it is better to clean it.
3. The use temperature of the sticky net glue is ≥25℃, the humidity is between 50%-70%, the temperature is low, the drying time is correspondingly prolonged, and the drying room is correspondingly shortened when the humidity is low. When the humidity is 70%, the drying time is correspondingly prolonged, It is necessary to use a dehumidifier to control the humidity.
4. Special attention should be paid to the cold weather, because the moisture in the air condenses on the surface of the frame, even though the humidity is not high at this time, it is better to bake the frame or use it after drying in the sun.
5. In rainy days or spring, the air is relatively humid. In addition to the normal handling of the screen frame, special attention should be paid to the screen frame before being dehumidified. The glue should be equipped with a dehumidification device or infrared light irradiation and fan drying for insurance.
6. The temperature of the oven is preferably 40-45°C. If the temperature exceeds 50°C, the glue will start to soften and easily fall off.
7. After gluing the net, it is not easy to tear off the old net and stretch the net again. The uneven glue remaining on the frame will affect the next stretch of the net. It is important to note that many manufacturers like to use cheap glue as net glue. Compared with net glue, stretch net has the following shortcomings: The surface viscosity is large, it is not easy to penetrate the net; The drying time is long, and the work efficiency is low; The film is soft, the initial adhesion and the final stretched net strength are not high; The brushability is poor, and it is easy to draw; The adhesion to the screen frame is poor; The net is easy to fall off in rainy and humid days.
So it is very necessary to use a dehumidifer in the screen printing industy .
