The relative humidity of IC production is 45~55%RH under normal conditions, so the humidity control by dehumidifier is needed.

The use of household dehumidifiers is mainly because the air in a humid environment is extremely harmful to human health. And studies have shown that excessive humidity or too small air humidity is conducive to the reproduction and spread of some bacteria and viruses. And the quilt of the clothes will become damp, so the drying function is also needed.

When it comes to industrial electrical appliances, it is generally associated with keywords such as "huge" and "power consumption", while when it comes to household appliances, it is generally hoped to be "smart" and "energy saving". Industrial dehumidifiers are generally larger than household dehumidifiers, and industrial dehumidifiers are generally used in workshops or warehouses. The area of the dehumidifier is relatively large, which determines that it should have a stronger dehumidification capacity and a greater dehumidification capacity. It requires higher power and consumes more power.

3)The difference in appearance of dehumidifier

Household dehumidifiers are designed to create a more comfortable home environment for people's health. Therefore, in the basic functions of dehumidification, there are generally functions such as formaldehyde removal, odor removal, and air purification.

5)The difference in water tank configuration

The dehumidifier extracts relatively humid air and condenses it into water through internal circulation. Where does the water go? The household dehumidifier is equipped with a water tank for storing water. The industrial dehumidifier is not equipped with a water storage tank, because the dehumidification capacity of the industrial dehumidifier is relatively large, which means that the efficiency of condensed water is higher. Frequent pouring of water will increase labor costs after all, so it is better to drain the water directly through the pipe. The industrial dehumidifier is not equipped with a water tank, to a certain extent, it can meet the needs of larger compressors and fans under the same volume to meet the greater demand for dehumidification.

6)The difference in safety performance

The essence of dehumidifiers is electrical appliances, so the safety of the product is also valued by people. In particular, industrial dehumidifiers have high power when they work, and industrial production and storage environments are generally more complex, so safer and more reliable protection measures are needed, such as current overload protection, high and low voltage protection, etc. Moreover, some industrial productions are special products, such as flammable and explosive.
