With the development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of commodities, rotary dehumidifiers have gradually become an indispensable part of industrial production and life. In order to ensure the quality and stability of dehumidification equipment, each equipment should be tested rigorously before shipment. 

Then, how much do you know about the assembly of the rotary desiccant dehumidifier? If the dehumidifier needs to be stored for a period of time before installation, it should be noted that it is not suitable to disassemble the transportation outer packaging when it is shipped from the factory. Always store under cover to avoid the intrusion of dust, frost and precipitation.

Disassemble the conveying outer packaging of the rotary dehumidifier equipment and test the equipment to check whether the equipment is damaged during the transportation process; if any damage is found, please contact the dehumidifier equipment manufacturer immediately. If the piping connected to the dehumidification equipment has been arranged, it should be checked whether the piping layout is suitable. If there are any problems with the conditions and installation standards, please contact the professional technicians of the dehumidifier manufacturer.

In order to avoid damage to the rotary dehumidifier and injury to the staff, it is recommended to use lifting machinery. When the generator set is moved, a crane or electric forklift can be used. When using a crane, a suitable lifting point should be selected, which should not touch the motor, automatic control system and exposed pipes to prevent damage to the equipment. The bases of each control module of the equipment are provided with waist holes for electric forklifts and lifting holes for cranes.

Parts regulations: In order to better obtain the operation mode and after-sales maintenance space, the pre-buried installation location and space regulations should be followed. In order to avoid condensed water in the rotary dehumidifier, the generator set should not be exposed to conditions where the temperature is lower than the leakage point of the processing gas.

In addition, if the generator set is assembled outdoors, appropriate protective measures should be taken to prevent rain and snow from entering. The rotary desiccant dehumidifier needs to be assembled on a flat road or platform, and can bear the load of the net weight of the dehumidifier unit equipment. When the dehumidifier is assembled, it should be checked that the installation is level. If the generator set is required to be fixedly assembled, the anchor bolts must be assembled on the basic prefabricated components of the generator set.
