Thank you for your support and trust in Duokai. The cold winter is coming, in order to ensure the normal use of the dehumidifier host, external equipment and systems, we propose the following recommendations for you.

1, please prepare in advance to debug and check the dehumidification equipment freeze setting problems to ensure the normal use of dehumidification equipment in future . If you don't use heating in winter or the system does not open in winter, and the room and indoor temperature is relatively low, please be sure to discharge the water in the machine shell pipe and end system to avoid causing dehumidifier and  pipe freezing crack.

2, For the dehumidifier still will be used  in winter, including cold air screw machine, combined rotary dehumidifier unit and all dehumidification-related products. Please be sure to add a certain percentage of antifreeze in the dehumidification piping system, with special attention to low-temperature night shutdown must keep the pump running 24 hours (or other anti-freeze related pump chain methods).The water pipeline valve all open, the air valve closed, the unit is located in the place where the doors and windows closed.

3, For all water-related dehumidifiers, we will send all diagrams to all new and old customers all need waterproof location schematic. Please be sure to open all of them without missing.
