Working Principle:
Swimming pool dehumidifiers belong to special air treatment equipment, which has the function of maintaining constant indoor temperature and humidity.
It is mainly composed of air supply system, new exhaust system, heating system, refrigeration system and electrical control system.
Air supply system: Fans are used to supply air to make indoor air flow. Generally, there are two types of fans: centrifugal fans and belt-driven fans.
Fresh air exhaust system: While introducing outdoor fresh air, the indoor air is exhausted, so as to conduct fresh air ventilation.
Heating system: Generally, heating methods such as hot water heating and self-contained heat pump heating are used.
Refrigeration and dehumidification system: The refrigeration and dehumidification system is the core part of the unit, mainly composed of compressor, expansion valve, evaporator, refrigerant, condenser and outdoor fan. The refrigerant processed by the compressor turns into a low-temperature liquid and then flows through the evaporator, which will reduce the air temperature. At the same time, the water vapor in the air will become water droplets after being cooled, and the water droplets will follow the evaporator. The fin wall flows down and finally converges in the water receiving tray and finally discharges to the outdoors through the drain pipe. The low-temperature refrigerant will rise in temperature after absorbing the heat in the air and turn into high-temperature steam. The high-temperature steam will remain in the outdoor condenser along the copper tube and then the temperature will drop under the action of the cooling fan, and finally become a vapor-liquid mixture. back to the compressor.
