Reasons for compressor overheating protection

(3) The position of the high-temperature component of the expansion valve is too close to the compressor, and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is greater than the actual temperature, which causes the expansion valve to open too much, the refrigerant evaporates, and some liquid enters the compressor, causing liquid impact. 

(4) The working conditions of the condenser are relatively poor, the surface of the condenser is fouled (dust or oil), which leads to the failure of normal heat exchange, the ambient temperature of the condenser rises, and the lack of heat exchange causes the condensation temperature to rise, the condensation temperature to drop, and the pressure in the exhaust pipe to the condenser section rises, which will cause the compressor discharge pressure and temperature too high (temperature protection).

(5) The compressor lacks oil or the motor bearing is damaged, the motor heating increases, and the heat cannot be released in time, resulting in temperature protection.

(6) Different types of refrigerants (different refrigerants, oils, heat exchanger matching, expansion valve matching, cooling capacity, etc.).

To sum up, there are many reasons for compressor overheating protection, such as too much refrigerant, dirty outdoor unit condenser, etc. But industrial dehumidifiers, fresh air dehumidifiers, and constant temperature and humidity machines compressor high-pressure protection will also be protected at high temperatures.

Connect a pressure gauge to remove excess refrigerant.

.Clean the outdoor condenser and the cooling condition of the condenser.

If the capacitor of the industrial dehumidifier fan (cooling tower) decays and the speed is too low, the capacitor of the fan should be replaced in time.

Pay attention to the working environment of the industrial dehumidifier. The indoor temperature is too high and must be cooled.

Close the fan blades with a screwdriver. If the fan bearing is damaged or the fan is burnt out, and if the bearing or fan is too wrinkled, it should be replaced.
