1. The external circulation of the principle of industrial dehumidifier: under normal start-up conditions, through the work of the fan, moist air is sucked in from the air inlet, and the water in the air is attached to the aluminum plate through the evaporator to become dry air. The condenser dissipates heat and blows out from the outlet.

At present, the temperature range of domestic industrial dehumidification equipment can be -70℃~150℃, and the temperature range of imported dehumidification equipment can be -73℃~190℃. In industrial dehumidifiers, high temperature and low temperature tests must be carried out, as well as air humidity tests, which can be repeated back and forth, which can be called "high temperature, low temperature, humidity and heat alternating test chamber". Some customers will conduct this test before purchasing an industrial dehumidifier. Generally, the temperature can reach -20 degrees or lower, and the humidity can reach 15 degrees and 85 degrees.

The main purpose of the damp-heat alternate test is: within a certain period of time, the temperature remains unchanged, and the humidity is tested at a set rate of change. Other tests require temperature and humidity to change at a set rate. The general dehumidification is to reach the temperature before controlling the humidity. Domestically, the temperature is 15℃~85℃, and the humidity is 20%≤98%R.H. Of course, lower humidity can be made according to requirements. We call it a low temperature and low humidity test room.
